Aluminum balls offer high hardness (Mohs hardness 9) and low wear rate (<0.01%), making them wear-resistant and low-contamination, suitable for high-intensity grinding and extending equipment life.
They are resistant to high temperatures (>1000°C) and chemically stable (resistant to acids and alkalis, except hydrofluoric acid), making them suitable for high-temperature furnaces and the chemical industry..
Activated alumina balls have a high surface area (300-350 m²/g) and a porous structure, resulting in strong adsorption capacity and suitable for use as desiccants or catalyst carriers.
They offer uniform sphericity, high density (3.6-3.9 g/cm³), and excellent flowability, reducing wear and improving grinding and filling efficiency.

High-strength inner packaging: Shockproof foam bags or custom plastic boxes are used to secure each Aluminum Oxide Ball in place, protecting it from impacts and scratches.
Moisture-proof protection: A moisture-proofing agent is added to effectively prevent the impact of moisture on the product during transportation.
Sturdy outer packaging: Thickened corrugated cardboard boxes or wooden pallets (for large orders) are used to ensure safe long-distance transportation.
Clear labeling: Product specifications, quantity, and drop warnings are clearly marked on the outer packaging box for easy verification and safe handling.
